Companies Membership

Diamond Membership

Fee 500000 SAR

This membership is dedicated to large enterprises listed in the market or working in the brokerage field. The membership holder is entitled to the following:

§Inclusion on the association's website as a Diamond member.

§Acquisition of (10) legal consultations or studies during the year as per the company’s request.

§Participation in training courses held by the association with its partners, with (5) employees max from each company.

§Participation in planning qualifying courses held by the association or with its partners in a way that benefits individual investors, as per the mechanism determined by the association.

§Attendance and contribution of more than (5) participants from the company's employees in conferences and seminars held by the association.

§Contribution to the association’s activities for analyzing and developing rules and regulations in the capital market and mentioning the company as a Diamond (member / sponsor) in the events.

§Prioritization to sponsor the association’s activities such as conferences or participate in sub-sponsoring events.

Gold Membership

Fee 300000 SAR

This membership is dedicated to medium-sized financial enterprises listed in the market or working in brokerage field. The membership holder is entitled to the following:

§Inclusion on the association's website as a Gold member.

§Acquisition of (6) legal consultations or studies during the year as per the company’s request.

§Participation in training courses held by the association with its partners, with (3) employees max from each company.

§Participation in planning qualifying courses held by the association or with its partners in a way that benefits individual investors, as per the mechanism determined by the association.

§Attendance and contribution of more than (5) participants from the company's employees in conferences and seminars held by the association.

§Contribution to the association’s activities for analyzing and developing rules and regulations in the capital market and mentioning the company as a Gold (member / sponsor) in the events.

§Prioritization to sponsor the association’s activities such as conferences or participate in sub-sponsoring events.

Silver Membership

Fee 100000 SAR

This membership is dedicated to small-sized financial enterprises listed in the market or working in brokerage field. The membership holder is entitled to the following:

§Inclusion on the association's website as a Silver member.

§Acquisition of (3) legal consultations or studies during the year as per the company’s request.

§Participation in training courses held by the association with its partners, with (2) employees max from each company.

§Participation in planning qualifying courses held by the association or with its partners in a way that benefits individual investors, as per the mechanism determined by the association.

§Attendance and contribution of more than (3) participants from the company's employees in conferences and seminars held by the association.

§Contribution to the association’s activities for analyzing and developing rules and regulations in the capital market and mentioning the company as a Silver (member / sponsor) in the events.

Individual Investor Membership

Fee 2500 SAR

This membership is dedicated to individual investors in securities. The membership holder is entitled to the following:

§Acquisition of (2) consulting studies in the scope of the association's business, whether on its website or private e-mail.

§Attendance and participation in conferences and seminars held by the association with (1) person only.

§Participation in planning qualifying courses held by the association or with its partners in a way that benefits individual investors, as per seat availability with a minimal fee.

§Contribution to the association activities for analyzing and developing rules and regulations affecting individual investors, as the association deems appropriate.

§Participation in surveys and proposals for developing strategic plans.

Professional Membership

Law Firms 10000 SAR
Individual Lawyers 3000 SAR

This membership is dedicated to law firms / accountants and legal auditors / financial analysts and individuals interested in securities. The professional membership holder is entitled to the following:

§Inclusion on the association's website.

§Attending training programs in the financial sector offered by the association or with its partners at the reduction rate agreed upon with the partners (3 opportunities for firms).

§Enabling the firms to sponsor the association's activities such as conferences or participate in sub-sponsoring events.

§Priority in invitations to the association activities or its partners.

Student Membership

Fee 200 SAR

This membership is dedicated to university students who are interested in securities. The student membership holder is entitled to the following:

§Attending training programs in the financial sector offered by the association or with its partners, as per the mechanism available to the association.

§Joining the cooperative training in the association for special students, as per the specific mechanism of the association.

§Priority in contributing to organizing the association activities or its partners.
