The Individual Investors Protection Association was established in 2019, with the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. It is renowned for its legal and financial knowledge and professional founding members.
We are considered the first association concerned with protecting individual investors in the Saudi Capital Market.
Based on the “The Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP)”, one of the executive programs to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030 reform plan, and within the strategic plan of the Saudi Capital Market Authority 2021-2023, the Association protects individual investors in the Saudi Capital Market in several aspects, specifically educational and legal.
We are an independent licensed non-profit entity, supported by the regulatory authorities.
